In 2011, the Specialised Textiles Association (known as ACASPA at the time) established the inaugural Young Leaders Conference, an initiative designed to identify and support the development of the next generation of leaders in all areas of our industry.
The Young Leaders Conference provides talented young people in our industry – perhaps already identified as future leaders in their organisations - with an opportunity to explore and develop their leadership abilities in a unique 2 day event specially designed for our industry
