Important instructions to complete the online entry form:
• The online form will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete
• Before you begin entering information into the online form, please ensure you have all information required to finalise the online entry form in one step - including contact details about the person you are nominating as well as their date of birth and at details for at least two project description and images/photos.
• If you have collated the information to be inserted into the entry form in a document such as Word, you will be able to copy and paste it from your source document straight into the required fields.
• Please be aware that you will not be able to enter, save and then come back later to finalise a partially completed online entry form.
