2017 Conference in Queenstown
STA and OFPANZ are excited to be bringing you the 2017 Conference in Queenstown, NZ between 25-27 May next year.
Accommodation
Rydges in Queenstown is the hotel that will cater for our 2017 conference. All speaker sessions will take place at Rydges.
Accommodation rooms have been allocated and are available for bookings now.
Accommodation at Rydges starts from $152 per night for a standard room (breakfast rate of $25pp has been negotiated for all conference delegates and can be taken up in person at the hotel during the conference, so no need to book now).

Programme
The conference programme will be jam packed by social and educational activities and be available early in 2017.
For now though, we can confirm the following events taking place:
Thrusday 25th May will include optional activities during the day eg. Wine tour and tasting as well as Shotover jet experience. Activities will start around 12.00pm. In the evening we will all come together for the official conference welcome reception.
Friday 26th May we start the day straight after breakfast with speaker sessions and then in the evening we let our hair down and have fun with the theme/casual dinner and the OFPANZ Challenge.
Saturday 27th May continues with business/education sessions, AGM and in the evening we celebrate our industry’s best projects with the Awards for Excellence Dinner.
Sponsorship and Trade Display Opportunities
The 2017 Queenstown Conference is a conference with a difference as we will be including trade display opportunities for our sponsors. Following expressions of interest from OFPANZ and STA members who are keen to display their products and services to conference attendees, a table top style display will take place over the 2 day conference. sponsorsip and trade display opportunities will be available end November 2016.
